Established in Ireland in 1980, Firebird is one of the biggest manufacturers of oil-fired boilers in Europe. With 60 models to choose from, ranging in output size from 12kW to 100kW, there is a boiler to suit every type and size of home.
Firebird produces combi, regular and system oil boilers in a range of internal and external models. A firebird boiler isn’t cheap, but you know that for the price you are getting a reliable and well-built product.
Firebird is also at the cutting edge of technology and design. The Envirogreen boiler range has lower NOx emission levels than any other oil-fired boiler on the market and the Blue Supreme range of boilers have an efficiency rating of 97.4%, making it the most efficient oil-fired boiler in Europe.
All Firebird boilers come with a 2 year warranty as standard but extended warranties of 10 years are available on some models.
Firebird combi boilers
The main benefit of installing a combi boiler is that the unit has everything you need to generate hot water for domestic use and for your central heating. You don’t need to install a hot water cylinder and/or cold water storage tank, which frees up a lot of space in your home.
If space is an issue inside your home then you have the option of choosing the Envirogreen Slimline, which has been specially designed to be fitted in kitchen or utility rooms; or the Combipac External, which can be fitted outside of your property.
Firebird combi boilers range in output size from 20kW to 35kW and are all ErP A-rated for efficiency.

Firebird regular boilers
Regular boilers are commonly referred to as traditional boilers, as they are often found in older properties. They are supplied with cold water from a water storage tank which the boiler heats up for the central heating. It also sends hot water to a hot water cylinder where it is stored until you turn on a tap or run the shower or bath.
For homes that have multiple bathrooms or have a high demand for hot water, a regular boiler is a good choice.
Firebird produces a wide variety of regular boilers that are available as internal or external models. They are also available in outputs ranging from 12kW to 73kW.
Firebird system boilers
System boilers are similar to regular boilers in that they both need a hot water cylinder to store water for domestic use, however system boilers connect directly to the mains so don’t require a cold storage tank to also be installed.
Firebird manufactures three models of system boilers: the Envirogreen System, which is an Internal boiler; and the Systempac and Slimline Systempac, which are both external boilers.
These boilers range in size from 20kW to 44kW, making them suitable for both small and large homes.
