of the BoilerCentral.com brand and associated assets by a
private Yorkshire investment group.
The acquisition attracted interest from a number of established
businesses within the UK home-services sector before the
Yorkshire-based investment group ultimately completed the purchase.
The new owners bring considerable experience from building and
operating substantial UK businesses and are providing the commercial
backing and long-term investment to develop Boiler Central for its
next chapter.

trading under new ownership with a new team behind the business.
The current Boiler Central operation is separate from the previous
company associated with the brand. Historical information relating
to that former business may therefore still appear online, but it
should not be confused with the BoilerCentral.com operation customers
deal with today.
BoilerCentral.com provides homeowners with a straightforward way to
research boilers, obtain a quotation, purchase a replacement boiler
and arrange professional installation.
Installations are undertaken by appropriately qualified and Gas Safe
registered engineers working with BoilerCentral.com, with the customer
journey managed from quotation and purchase through to installation
and aftercare.
